BenchLeader (“the site”) is operated by an individual based in the United States. By using the site or subscribing to its emails you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@benchleader.com.
What the site is
The site compiles results published by independent benchmark publishers and marketplace listings, normalises them, and presents rankings, comparisons and estimates. It runs no evaluations of its own. Every score links to the page it was taken from, and the methodology explains how numbers are combined.
Information, not advice
Rankings, indices, price and speed figures and per-task estimates are provided for information only, as measured on a given day, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Benchmarks measure narrow things; a higher rank is not a recommendation for your use. Verify anything that matters against the original source and your own testing before relying on it.
Third-party data and trademarks
Benchmark results belong to the organisations that published them and are credited on every page. Model and company names and logos are the property of their owners and are used to identify them, not to suggest endorsement. If you publish a benchmark and want your results presented differently or removed, write to us.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that disrupts service, republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use the email service to sign up addresses you do not control.
Email updates
Subscriptions are free and can be ended at any time with the link in any email. We may change the content, cadence or availability of the emails, or stop them, without notice. The privacy policy explains what is stored.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its emails.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
